Chamber of Commerce picks Holiday in Lights winner

The home of Casey Moline at 570 Albion Place was judged as this year’s winner of the Maple Lake Chamber of Commerce Holiday In Lights awards. Taking second place in the annual contest conducted in the evening of December 13 was the home of Sue Boros at 801 Robert Ave. N, and in third place was the home of Brad Hennen at 310 Maple Avenue S. Last year’s winners were the Todd Borell home at 69 Rose Ave. S., first place; the Brad Hennen home, second place; and third place was won by the Thomas Elsenpeter home at 416 North St. E.
The Holiday in Lights contest honors the best Maple Lake residential Christmas displays. The Business Buck prize of $100 for first place, was provided by the Chamber of Commerce. Prizes of $75 for second and $50 for third were sponsored by the Maple Lake Messenger.
