Patricia Marie Mavencamp, Apache Junction, AZ

Patricia Mavencamp died peacefully on July 6, 2012, at Arizona Hospice in Mesa, Arizona. Patricia Marie Paumen was born in Buffalo on July 19, 1957, to John and Alma (Uecker) Paumen. She attended St. Timothy’s Catholic School and graduated from Maple Lake High School with the class of 1975. She was an employee of Wagner Spray Tech for many years. Her career there ended on January 9th, 2002, when she became the wife of John (Jack) Mavencamp and moved to North Pole, Alaska. There she helped Jack build homes until they retired and moved to Apache Junction, AZ. In 2010 she was diagnosed with advanced liver disease and fought a brave battle until she succumbed to the disease. She leaves behind her husband, Jack; sisters, Marilyn (Roger) Wurm, Joni (Jeff) Whittaker; brothers, Duane, Dennis (Mary), William (Phyllis) and Fred Paumen; step-children, Jon and Tom Mavencamp, Mike (Meridith) Mavencamp and Missy (Colin) Meskell; and 7 step-grandchildren. Further survived by nieces and nephews, Roger, Margaret, Marion, Rodney Wurm, Monica Scheiber, Marsha Ergen. Todd, Troy and Travis Paumen, Jeff, Kerry and Darren Paumen, Jody, Bill Paumen and Kim Jerome. Eric and Ryan Whittaker, Heidi and Krystal Paumen; great-nieces and nephews and 2 great-great nephews. Preceded in death by parents, John and Alma; and niece, Theresa Paumen. No services, private burial at a later date.
