Crews work on the future home of Platinum Plus Printing at the corner of Sixth Street and Spruce Avenue in the industrial park on Monday.
Ground was broken in late summer and the facility has been taking shape since.
On June 18, the Maple Lake City Council approved development and purchase agreements with Richard Johanneck and Platinum Plus Printing for the two parcels of land.
The city purchased the lots from Johanneck for about $305,000 and sold them to Platinum Plus Printing for $1.
The agreement holds the company to a business subsidy agreement that includes an eventual expansion.
The company employs about 100 people.
