PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the residents of Silver Creek Township that the Silver Creek Town Board of Supervisors will be conducting a public hearing on Tuesday, November 17, 2015, at 7:00 PM to consider the vacation of a portion of Estes Avenue, Silver Creek Township, Minnesota, legally described as:
Township Road T-617 of the SILVER CREEK TOWN ROAD MAP, according to the recorded map thereof, being a part of Government Lot 2 of Section 32, Township 122, Range 26, Wright County, Minnesota that lies south of a line and its west extension described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of the East 40 rods of said Government Lot 2; thence on an assumed bearing of South 1 degree 13 minutes 33 seconds East along the west line of said East 40 rods of Government Lot 2, a distance of 657.14 feet to the point of beginning of said line to be described; thence North 89 degrees 31 minutes 58 seconds East to the east line of said Township Road T-617 and said line there terminating.
The Public Hearing will be at the Silver Creek Town Hall, 3827 134th Street N.W., Silver Creek Township, Minnesota. The Town Board will take comments from all who desire to be heard on this issue at the public hearing.
