A motion was m/s/p, Geyen/Northenscold, to broadcast the meeting on the cable station. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Lauer, to move Andrew Johnson to the Grade 6, Step 4 at a rate of $18.36 and a 1 step increase when his Class C water license is obtained in the spring. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Northenscold, to rescind the resignation of Andrew Johnson. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Northenscold, to approve the transfer of the VAC trailer to the Joint Powers for the minimum dollar amount. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Jude/Kissock, to adopt Resolution #R2015-39, to approve the special assessment agreement for the I&I correction on the property owned by Michelle Doherty, 320 Oak Avenue North, PID #110-014-003060, up to $2,400.00 for a 2 year assessment at an interest rate of 3%, effective as of this date, and to reimburse them $400 for the unusual circumstances with their I&I issue, with the reimbursement contingent upon them getting the project complete. All present voted in favor except Geyen who voted no.
A motion was m/s/p, Northenscold/Lauer to adjourn at 7:18 p.m. All present voted in favor.
