Summary
A motion was m/s/p, Northenscold/Lauer, to approve the Agenda with the addition of Wright County Maintenance Agreement to the Consent Agenda. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Lauer/Geyen, to approve the Consent Agenda with the correction that Lauer was present at the October 20, 2015 meeting and the addition of i. Approval of Wright County Maintenance Agreement. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Geyen, to adopt Resolution #2015-46 to certify the delinquent accounts to the 2016 real estate taxes in the amount of $7,373.02, plus a $40 assessment fee per account and interest at 6%. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Geyen, to adopt Resolution #2015-47 approving a 3.2 beer wine/strong beer, and Sunday license for Our Towne Enterprises, dba Irish Blessings, contingent upon receipt of the Certificate of Insurance, per State requirements, and paying of all fees. All present voted in favor
A motion was m/s/p, Geyen/Northenscold, to adopt Resolution #2015-48 approving the liquor licenses for American Legion Post #131, Madigan’s Pub & Grill, Maple Lake Bowl, and the V by HH, contingent upon receipt of the Certificate of Insurance, per State requirements, and paying of all fees. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Geyen, to adopt Resolution #2015-49 approving the payment of $10,000 to SAK Construction and accept the project as complete.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Lauer, to adopt Resolution #50, approving the acquisition of the tax forfeited parcels in Jude Industrial Park 6th Addition at a fair market value of $100 per parcel and to not reassess the special assessments and to sell the parcels at or below cost. All present voted in favor.
A motion was m/s/p, Kissock/Northenscold, approving to sign the Engagement Letter from Nagel Appraisals and approve the $400 additional fee.
A motion was m/s/p, Geyen/Northenscold, to adjourn the meeting at 8:58 p.m. All present voted in favor.
