NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Maple Lake, at City Hall, at 7:00 p.m., January 12, 2016, to amend the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance:
Section 22: Urban Residential (R-1) including but not limited to the following subsections:
22.04 Conditional Uses
22.05 Interim Uses
22.07 Performance Standards (including side yard setbacks)
Section 23: Low Density Single Family Residential (R-2) including but not limited to the following subsections:
23.04 Conditional Uses
23.05 Interim Uses
23.07 Performance Standards (including side yard setbacks)
Section 24: Multi-Family Residential – Medium Density (R-3) including but not limited to the following subsections:
24.05 Interim Uses
24.07 Performance Standards
Section 25: Multi-Family Residential – High Density (R-4) including but not limited to the following subsections:
25.05 Interim Uses
25.07 Performance Standards
Section 26: Mixed Residential District– (MXR) including but not limited to the following subsections:
26.06 Performance Standards
26.08 Application Materials
Section 27: Residential Business Transition (RB-1) including but not limited to the following subsections:

Section 28: Central Business District (B-1) including but not limited to the following subsections:

In all districts, the 120 square feet size limit for accessory buildings will be updated to 200 square feet to correlate with the recent building code amendment.
A copy of the proposed amendments are available for inspection at City Hall.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to this Zoning change will be heard at the meeting.
