Irish football rout Cubs 56-12

Maple Lake went 411 yards on 55 plays for seven touch downs in their first game of the season against the Cubs.

The Maple Lake Irish football team came out tough against Kimball Thursday, Sept. 1, defeating the cubs 56-12 to kick off the season.
The Irish rose to the occasion on their home field despite a depleted roster including the loss of its starting quarterback, top running back and top receiver from last year’s squad to graduation.
