Voices filled the auditorium at two choir concerts last week


The 7th graders of Maple Lake High School performed their Winter Choir Concert on Jan. 19 to a wonderful audience that was very appreciative for all of their hard work and beautiful voices that sang that evening. Students performed many different styles of music from folk songs to seasonal songs. They finished the evening with a foot stomping rendition of Old Joe Clark. The choir is directed by Sue Nelson and accompanied by Daniel Goelz.

The 8th graders of Maple Lake High School presented their Winter Choir Concert to a wonderful and very appreciative audience Monday, Jan. 16. They performed many different styles of music from folk songs to songs that accentuated the winter season. The choir is under the direction of Sue Nelson and accompanied by Hannah Budke.
