It was a hot, but fun-filled day for St. Timothy Catholic Church’s 65th Annual Fall Festival, Sunday, Sept. 24. Visitors got some relief from the heat around 3 p.m. when a series of short showers passed through leaving a rainbow overhead.
A healthy crowd turned out for the event for games, entertainment and a shot at $3,750 in cash prizes given away.
This year’s big winner was Henry Mavencamp who bought the winning ticket for the $1,500 grand prize. Wayne Malachek won the second place $500 prize and Mary Lou Whelan, Julie Clasemann and Michelle Stevenson won the three $250 prizes.
