Daniel Joseph Jost, 59, of Maple Lake, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, March 27, 2011, secure in the knowledge that he was deeply loved. He fought a short, but courageous battle with glioblastoma brain cancer.

A prayer service will be held at 6 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home in Annandale. Memorials are preferred to the family.
Fern M. Foreman, age 82, of Kimball died Saturday, March 19, 2011, at the Heritage House of Kimball.

Pallbearers were her grandchildren, Christine Peterson, Jody Klinnert, Kelly Traurig, Angie Ranta, Greg, Heath, Cory and Chad Looman. Burial followed at the Fairhaven Cemetery. Dorothy E. Olean, age 92 of Annandale, died Monday, March 14, 2011, at the Annandale Care Center.

Patrick M. Garvey passed away in Maple Lake March 2, 2011, at the age of 65. Funeral service was held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at the Buffalo United Methodist Church, 609 8th Street N.W., in Buffalo. Interment followed in St. Timothy's East Cemetery, Maple Lake. Visitation was held from 4 - 7 p.m. Monday, March 7, 2011, at the Peterson Chapel, 119 Central Avenue, Buffalo.
Lauren B. Pederson, age 88, of Edina, went to be with the Lord on March 1, 2011, after a short illness at Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina.
Funeral services were at 11 a.m. on Sat., March 5, at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, 615 Vermillion Street, in Hastings. Gathering was one hour prior to the service at the church. A lunch followed services. Private interment was at St. Francis Cemetery in Buffalo. Honorary pallbearers were his grandchildren.
James W. Segner, age 70, of Annandale, died suddenly Tuesday, April 12, 2011, in Annandale.

Thomas J. Eckdale, born October 6, 1947, ran the race set out before him by his heavenly Father and slipped peacefully into his Father’s arms on Saturday, April 9, 2011.

The Most Reverend William H. Bullock, Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Madison, passed away on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at his home.
The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 401 S. Owen Drive, Madison, on Thursday, April 7, 2011, at 11 a.m. The Most Reverend Jerome Listecki, Archbishop of Milwaukee, was the principal celebrant, with Most Reverend Paul Swain, Bishop of Sioux Falls, as homilist. Visitation as held on Wednesday, April 6, from 3 until 8 p.m. at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, Madison, with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:30 p.m. led by The Most Reverend Robert C. Morlino, Bishop of Madison. Visitation was also at the church on Thursday morning from 9 a.m. until the start of the Funeral Mass. Interment was in Resurrection Catholic Cemetery.
Violet Olea Rosine, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother went to be with our Lord and joined in heaven her family and friends who have gone before her.

She was born on June 17, 1921, to Ole and Eline Melby in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, Canada. Violet left this earth on April 1, 2011, at the age of 89.
