L. Discussion on putting an operating levy to our voters on November 8, 2016. Discussed financial needs of school in light of deficit spending due to underfunding by state, slight drop in enrollment and desire to keep class sizes small. Currently our technology department has an 8-year rotation on computers and updates are needed. Discussed asking voters for about $500,000 per year for operating at about $584.18 per pupil unit and $100,000 per year for technology. The tax impact of owning a $175,000 home would be approximately $21/mo.
