Letter to the Editor July 20, 2016

Dear Editor,
In July, Lake Chapter of A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota (American Bikers for Awareness, Training & Education) held their annual “Bike Show” at Camp Courage in Maple Lake. This event was attended by many happy campers and their chaperones. Our members that brought their motorcycles had just as much fun and left with big smiles. This is a great camp and we have supported them by sponsoring a camper each year for over 20 years.
A.B.A.T.E. of MN is a non-profit organization that promotes the positive actions of motorcyclists and keeps up to date on legislative issues affecting motorcycling. Lake Chapter activities are generally held just west of the Twin Cities. We are very proud of our members and encourage others to help out when they can. Anyone interested in more information on A.B.A.T.E. of Minnesota can contact the current Lake Chapter President, Keith Efron, at 612-703-5755.
