Trapshooting team doubles participation in year two

Maple Lake is right on target when it comes to Minnesota’s fastest growing sport, trapshooting.
It was just last year that the school district joined the relatively new Minnesota State High School Clay Target League, and like the sport itself, the local team has grown by leaps and bounds. The 14 students that made up that initial squad has doubled to 28 this year, head coach Suzee Schaunaman said.
