NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
To Whom It May Concern:
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council of the City of Maple Lake, at City Hall, at 7:00 p.m., October 10, 2017 to amend the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance:
Section 5: Building Permits including but not limited to the following subsections:
5.07 Application for Permit
Section 40: General Provisions including but not limited to the following subsections:
40.06 Open Lot Sales
Section 41: Accessory Buildings, Structures, and Uses including but not limited to the following subsections:
41.05 Location Regulations for Residential Districts
41.07 Dimensional Limits & Construction Standards
In all subsections, the 120 square feet size limit for accessory buildings will be updated to 200 square feet to correlate with the recent building code amendment.
Section 53: Signs including but not limited to the following subsections:
53.02 Definitions
53.07 Types of Signs Permitted in Each District
53.08 Size Limits for Each District
53.10 Non-Conforming Signs
A copy of the proposed amendments is available for inspection at City Hall.
Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to this Zoning change will be heard at the meeting.
