You’ve seen them around town, the white signs that shout “Haunted House” in bold, black lettering, but the details are mysteriously vague. Where is this haunted house and who is behind it?
Jonathan Carr and his family recently moved to Maple Lake from Ramsey, a metro suburb that borders Anoka, the self-proclaimed “Halloween Capitol of the World.”
“We take Halloween very seriously,” said Carr, the creator of what he is dubbing The Macabre Manor in Maple Lake.
